TOTAL MEALS DISTRIBUTED
Serving up to 13,000 meals a day to front-line workers
By combining our collective efforts, MLSE, Bell, BMO, Rogers, Scotiabank, and Tangerine have come together to support front-line healthcare workers and help fight food insecurity in the city of Toronto.
We have now transformed Scotiabank Arena and BMO Field into two of Toronto’s largest kitchens to prepare up to 13,000 meals a day. Working with a network of hospitals to donate to front-line workers and Second Harvest to donate to food banks and shelters we’re delivering meals across the GTA.
And with the help of our Supporting partners, we are continuing to find ways to support our city to achieve our common goal of Bringing Toronto Back To Its Feet.
OUR NETWORK OF HOsPITALS
Our Founding + LEad Partners
Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (MLSE) prides itself as one of the world's premier sports and entertainment organizations. In a time of crisis, like we are experiencing, many different needs emerge, and we saw Bringing Toronto back to its feet as a chance to use our facilities and engage our people to serve our community. Scotiabank Arena normally serves as a gathering place for fans to be entertained and cheer on their teams, but today, as the world deals with the overwhelming impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, our arena will serve as a place for people to come together and support our community when it is most in need.
The Bell community is dedicated to helping Canadians who need it most in these challenging times. We are proud to extend our partnership with MLSE to support this community initiative. We hope these meals showcase our appreciation for our front-line healthcare workers and commend them for continuing to keep our city safe.
At Rogers, we share a deep commitment to serving the communities where we live & work and to helping support Canadians through this critical time. Toronto is one of the world’s most vibrant cities and we are proud to join forces with MLSE on this initiative to show our gratitude to the front-line healthcare workers and give back to those most in need.

We’re committed to doing what we can to support our communities and are proudly joining MLSE in this initiative. In addition, we’re opening our kitchen facilities at Scotia Plaza in Toronto to further lend a hand.
At Tangerine, we aim to make a positive impact in our local communities. We’re committed to providing continuing help, especially when communities need us most. That’s why we’re proudly supporting this initiative – to help feed as many people in need as possible, and to share a small token of thanks to our front-line healthcare workers.
BMO’s Purpose, to Boldly Grow the Good, in business and life, shapes everything we do and is even more crucial during these challenging times. Joining our partners at MLSE to expand the number of meals to be served through this program is an important way we can say thank you to frontline healthcare workers and support those most in need in our community.
